  • Dnevnik.hr – I dalje raste povjerenje u rad Vlade

I on također ima blagi pad.

  • Word of Mouth is the Original Social Media
  • – The term “Social Media” is sexy. Twitter. Facebook. Blogs. All sexy in today’s marketing world where people are sharing opinions, insights, experiences, and perspectives with each other online.
A simple Google Trends search shows how much sexier a term “Social Media” has become compared to “Word of Mouth.” In early 2007, “social media” overtook “word of mouth” in online search activity.

  • Firing Clients: It’s All About Trust and Image
  • – Consultants generally work hard to keep clients, not fire them. But, every once in a while, a situation arises that forces the consultant to scuttle his client. Reasons for firing a client are different for each consultant. I know some that will fire a client for ideological differences. Others will leave a campaign if they grow to dislike the candidate personally. But, the most common reason for firing a client is that the he refuses to take the advice he’s paying for and wants to run a campaign that has little or no chance of winning. In short—he just doesn’t trust you enough to take your advice.

  • Using Twitter Lists to Judge Influence
  • – If you’ve used Twitter for awhile, you know that judging the influence of a Twitter user by their number of followers is a dicey proposition. Lots of Twitter users are obsessed with their number of followers, and work to inflate their stats in ways too numerous to mention here. The end result is that some Twitter users will have thousands of followers who consist mostly of other social media experts and spam Twitter accounts. While the follower number may look impressive, these folks aren’t really influential because no one is listening. A Twitter account with 100 engaged followers is much more influential than one followed by thousands of disengaged users.

  • Top 10 Best Newspaper Websites
  • – As a follow-up to our research on newspaper websites that we published recently, we decided to break out a list of the best examples of “good” newspaper websites. Steve, Todd and I collaborated on the following list, judging sites not only on their web features but also on the design, aesthetics and general usability of the site [Note: this list only covers the top 100 US newspapers in terms of circulation, which is what our study looked at. We’re sure that we missed some great smaller papers.].

  • VEZA » Društveni mediji uzimaju prve finansijske skalpove
