IPRA, the International Public Relations Association, was founded in 1955 and is the leading global network of PR professionals. The goal of IPRA is to improve reliable communication and ethical practice of public relations through networking, code of conduct and intellectual leadership of the profession.

IPRA is the organizer of the annual global competition for public relations, the Golden World Awards for Excellence (GWA), and Croatian public relations agencies have won more than 13 of them in the past few years – Abeceda komunikacije (4), CTA komunikacije (3), Vajt (2) … In Manjgura, we are especially proud of the GWA won by Ana Gojanović Rakić in 2015 for the project “Hodajući kolegij” from Šibenik, and 4 GWA finals for the Rakoborci and Total Croatia Travel Info projects. We are still looking for an answer to the question of whether it was Ana who brought the first PR Oscar to Croatia, or if someone else succeeded before her… if you know him, please let us know.
